Weekly Question: What's Your Favorite Holiday Tradition?

My family has so many holiday traditions that it's hard to pick. On SDMS's Friend Connect wall I answered that it was our handmade candy cane advent calendar. I've even got my 19-month old helping put the candy canes in this year! As kids, my brother and I always alternated days putting one in and we always wanted to be the one who got to put the last one in on the 24th.

So what's your favorite holiday tradition?

Making Stropewafels with my mom. It's a Dutch cookie that is pretty time-intensive so we only make them once a year. They are yummy...so yummy.
